Abstract

Abstract - Mustard aphid (Hemiptera : Aphididae) is found abundant in Bohra village, Tehsil Khanpur, near Kota. Study of life cycle of aphid was carried out during September 2018 to Febuary 2019. During study, different developmental stages were found in life cycle of aphid like nymph, adult etc. Abundance of aphid depend on temperature. Aphids cause damage on Brassica campestris. After mustard crop they infest other plants like Corriander plants and continue their life cycle. The study suggested that Bohra village,Tehsil Khanpur and around the area is suitable for growth of aphid and completing their life cycle.
