ASSESSING THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON CORPORATE PERFORMANCE AND GROWTH

Abstract

Abstract: Digital technologies have transformed modern business operations and significantly influenced corporate performance and growth. This study investigates how digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the Internet of Things (IoT) contribute to improved productivity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making in organizations. The research is based on a survey of 120 corporate employees and managers working in different industries. The findings indicate that digital technologies positively influence corporate productivity, innovation capability, and financial performance. Organizations adopting digital technologies experience improved resource management, faster decision-making, and enhanced customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as technological cost, cybersecurity risks, and skill gaps remain significant barriers to successful digital transformation. The study concludes that organizations must adopt digital strategies and invest in technological infrastructure and employee training to fully realize the benefits of digital transformation.
