Abstract

His game of cards called ganjifa cards is thin on ground. The playing and fabrication of these cards have completely vanished with its intricate paintings or printings that represent their historic cultural value. The present study approaches to understand the importance of craft like Ganjifa cards and the cultural, ethical values related to it. The present study was taken under the secondary data bases. Keywords: -Mughals, Persians, India, Mughal ganjifa, dasavatarganjifa, Hindu, incarnations, bird ganjifa, as htadikpala ganjifa, chitkara, suits, Mysore.
