COMPARATIVE STUDY OF SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND ADJUSTMENT OF HIGH AND LOW FITNESS LEVEL OF SCHOOL GOING STUDENTS OF DISTRICT BANDIPORA KASHMIR

Abstract


The purpose of the study was to compare the social behaviour and adjustment of high and low fitness level of school going students of district Bandipora Kashmir. 60 students were selected from different Government school Dist. Bandipora Kashmir to check the fitness level of the school going students AAHPERD Fitness test which includes Shuttle run, 50m Dash, 600 m run/walk Broad jump, sit ups, Pushup. To check the social behaviour Questionnaire prepared by Dr. M.C.Joshi and Dr. Jagdish Pandey was implemented and to check the social adjustment Questionnaire prepared by Dr. R. C. Deva was implemented. The data was collected and significance of population (t-Test ) was implemented the significance level was set at .05 Result: on the bases data collected it was found that there is signfencedifference in high and low fitness of students
