INDIAN JOURNALISM: A STUDY OF WOMEN WORKING JOURNALISTS PERCEPTION (WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO M.P.)

Abstract


Currently Indian Journalism has become a Challenging task for women working journalists. In such a situation, female journalists face various challenges Comparison to male journalists. While on the one hand, proper salary and timely salary is not available, on the other hand, she also has to bear the mentally and physically harassment. Female Working journalists have to work for 10-12 hours from morning to evening due to fear that the job may not go away. She cannot even eat food on time. Due to this, various types of health related problems are seen in female working Journalists Women journalists also have to work for 10-12 hours due to not fixing the working hours.
