Abstract:- Women's Empowerment is the way or a social action in which women elaborate and recreate what it is to be in a circumstance that they previously were denied. No doubt, women empowerment now-a-days is a burning topic and discussed on different platforms. Word 'Empowerment' can be defined in many ways, however, in context to women empowerment, empowerment means accepting and allowing women in decision making process who are away from it. On the whole empowerment means strongly participation of women in every sphere. Empowerment is a process which enables women's participation in every sphere.   It's a process that creates power in any individual over their own lives, society and in their communities. Empowerment also includes the action of raising the status of women through education, also raised awareness and literacy. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life determining decisions through the defferent problems in society. This paper try to make an attempt to understand the meaning of women empowerment, it's concepts and types, also addresses the challenges and realities of this situation.
