Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis has taken the world by surprise, and its effects are widening pre-existing inequalities such as socioeconomical, educational, and digital divides. The media and research shows that pandemic has strongly impacted women’s especially the working women’s, who, on the whole, are more vulnerable to the effects of a crisis. The life of employees has gone in trouble, when they have to start work from home while managing house chores especially Working Women’s. This research study focuses on identifying the factors that helps in managing the work life balance of working women. 'Life,' as we probably aware, comprises of family, companions, wellbeing, love, vocation, delight, and then some. Without a doubt, adjusting every one of them is an upsetting obligation. It includes a blend of time the board, devotion, and, in particular, prioritization. Here comes the idea of work life balance where we get the possibility that we need both work and different parts of life to be more joyful. While a few people imagine that it's difficult to find some kind of harmony, others accept that a sound life requires a solid vocation and the other way around. It is fundamentally a specific method of how one spotlight on close to home estimations. Individuals keep various perspectives on the stuff to keep up their ideal work life balance during lockdown due to covid_19 outbreak in India. Well to get motivated, I recall the words of Mother Teresa which says “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family.” But the truth is that, one has to work as well to make the family happy.
